There breakfeast brings you to a much simpler time. The Train that is over head to the booths you sit in. It has a certain charm. The food is amazing too.
The atmosphere here is wonderful! All staff is eager to assist--3 different people refilled my coffee! I had homemade corned beef hash with eggs. Good flavor. We "re-found" this place by mistake, and were thrilled as soon as we walked in! The place with the toy train

Great food, great pies. Best Reuben sandwich. I get the Reuben almost every time. Ordered pies for thanksgiving very good. Friendly and fast service
Love Jeannie's. Good variety on the Menu and the wait staff are all friendly and the cooks are fast. They don't cut corners. Daily specials and the pies are to die for. All home made and you can get a piece or take a whole one home. Highly recommend this place. And there is parking in front or on the back.

We just left this gem after eating here for the first time. Food and service were excellent, and I would definitely recommend eating here. It's just off 69 and a very cool older restaurant.
I've reviewed Jeannie's before but I feel it deserves another review after living here for 2 years. I grew up on east coast diner culture. Jeannie's might not match up to the diners I grew up with, let's face it no one does diners like Jersey, but it comes pretty close. This little 50's style gem, which for me is reminiscent of one of my favorite shore point diners, is always hopping and yet the wait is never long. The service is always friendly, the establishment always looks clean, and the food is consistently delicious! Great work, Jeannie's! You've given this Jersey girl a little taste of home.
